Approaching 100%  Tim (Reno NV) has been focussing on his Customer Service and has reached a new height in effectiveness.  His closing ratio has now approached the 100% mark for the first time in the 25-year history of the company!!!

Best Month Again!!!  Ernie’s (Chicago IL) dedication his paying large rewards as the shortest month of the year turned into a new sales record for him.  He continues to grow and has expanded his staff to assist him in controlling the new traffic! 

Two Complaints re the Program!  Tom (Chicago IL) is complaining that since the start of the program the success is forcing him to look at a new shop as he is out-grown his current facility!  Jim (Palatine IL)is miffed with us, as this years profit was so high he is forced to pay more taxes than ever.  So sorry guys!  Keep up the good work.  We love these complaints!!!

Another New Arrival!  We had no idea that when you did the program that not only would you expand the business (sales are up over 20% this year) but also the family.  Another baby girl has been born to Tom & Marta in Chicago!  Congratulations!!!

Best Month Ever For Ernie & Co.!!!  Just six weeks into the program, Ernie in Chicago has posted his best month.  Average ticket price for that month was up  an astounding 23%!!! 

Highest Average Ticket Price for Gary & Co.!!!  Since starting the program Gary (Toronto ON) has steadily improved the average ticket price produced in the shop.  It has now doubled since the start of the ABC Program!

Best Year in Joel’s Company History!!!  Joel (Schaumburg IL), in his usual understated fashion, says “I can’t complain!” as he has just finished the books for last year revealing the best performance of his company ever! His dedication to the program has paid off BIG!

Marketing Success for Tom & Co.!!!  Tom has pursued and secured his first DRP relationship as his chosen marketing method.  Utilizing the market approach learned in the program has brought rewards!

Highest Average Ticket Price for Ernie & Co.!!! Since starting the program in September, Ernie has steadily improved the average ticket price produced in the shop.  It is now 53% over industry standard!
